1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us at info@mishtisweets.com.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship our products all over Germany. If you are located outside these areas and are interested in placing an order, please contact us to discuss potential shipping options.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping methods to ensure your sweets arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
- Standard Shipping: Best for customers who are located within Germany. Typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Expedited shipping option for faster delivery. Typically takes 1-3 business days.
- In-Store Pickup: Free option for local customers. Orders will be available for pickup at our store location. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
4. Shipping and Delivery Times
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that these times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, and holidays.
- Delivery Delays: Any delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of Mishti Sweets. We will, however, assist you in tracking the order and resolving any issues with the courier.
5. Local In-Store Pickup
If you prefer to pick up your order from our store, you can choose the In-Store Pickup option during checkout at no additional charge.

- Pickup Time: Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email or phone. Orders must be picked up within 2 days of being ready, or they may be disposed of, as they are perishable.
6. Freshness and Packaging
We take great care to ensure your sweets are delivered fresh:
- Fresh Preparation: All sweets are freshly prepared prior to shipping to ensure maximum freshness upon delivery.
- Packaging: Your order will be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, due to the delicate nature of our sweets, some minor breakage may occur. This does not affect the taste or quality of the product.
7. Perishable Nature of Products
Please note that most of our products are perishable and have a limited shelf life. We recommend consuming them within 5 days of delivery for the best taste and quality. Once the package has been delivered to the shipping address provided, we are not responsible for any spoilage or damage that occurs due to improper storage or delays in consumption.
8. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping provider first, and then reach out to us if further assistance is needed.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us or lost:
- You will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to re-ship the order.
- We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect shipping details.
10. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Please check with neighbors or other members of your household first.
- If it still cannot be located, contact the shipping provider for assistance.
- While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
11. Refunds and Replacements for Shipping Issues
As we sell perishable goods, we do not offer refunds for items that are delayed in transit.
